Document Management

• Resolved an e-filing error that occurred when attempting to file PDF documents containing embedded images.

Key Highlights : 

Effective from KRIS version 4.6.4.4-2, the KRIS application server has been migrated from WildFly 26.x to OpenLiberty 25.

OpenLiberty is a cloud-optimized, enterprise-grade Java application server, maintained and supported by IBM as well as the open-source community.

• Improved the approval and signing workflow by displaying the message field immediately after adding a covering officer.
• Added unique UUID tracking for Submit and Next Step actions (e.g. Approve, Support) to improve audit logging and traceability.
• Enhanced routing workflow validation to prevent routing steps from being skipped during submission.
• Improved routing step management during draft editing to ensure routing sequences remain consistent after reordering or adding steps.
• Resolved an intermittent issue where users were unable to approve submissions due to a perpetual loading state.
