Turning off the CC List

The CC list refers to users who are not required to take any action but should be notified once a submission is completed.

If this feature does not align with your organisation’s workflow or notification needs, you have the option to disable it entirely.

Once turned off, the CC list field will be hidden from all action officers during submission.

Turning off CC list of a Workflow Template

  1. Login as the System Administrator/Workflow Administrator.
  2. Click on the Module Switcher at the top bar and select E-Submission module.
  3. Click on the Workflow Administration menu at the Action Menu Panel.
  4. Select Workflow Templates option.
  5. Select the Workflow Template to set the Workflow Administrator. Click on the Edit icon.
  6. Under the CC List, toggle the button to switch it off.
  7. Click on the Save button.

The edit will be reflected on this page.
