Overview

The KRIS File Tracker – Loan Module keeps track of the physical folders as well as hybrid folders, allowing you to view the location of the folders, the loan status of the folders and the details of the folders such as the classification.

The Central Registry Module provides the interaction between the administrator and you electronically. By processing the reservation requests and administrating general settings, the administrator performs functions which directly affect loan procedure. It’s the main module involved in facilitating physical record circulation.

This section explains in detail on how you can loan a folder immediately, or if the folder has already been loaned out, at the next available date.  You may also choose to loan the folder in advance, by defining a period when they wish to loan the folder. It will also cover the steps to transfer the folder currently on loan to you to another user.
