Saved Searches

After customising your Document or Folder Search in Advanced Search, you can save this customised search for future use. This allows you to search the same set of documents/folders without repeating the steps of selecting the search conditions.

Saving your Customised Search

To save your customised Search,

  1. Click on the Save this Search button.
  2. Enter the name of this search.                                                               
  3. Click on OK button and it will be listed under the Saved Searches List.   

Accessing the Saved Search

You can click on the previously saved search from the Saved Searches List to quickly retrieve the same set of search result without re-configuring the Search page again.

Removing the Saved Search

To remove any of your saved searches,

  1. Mouse over on a saved search.
  2. Click on the Delete icon.
