Request access on others behalf

KRIS allows users to request folder access on his/her colleague’s behalf.

Creating a request:

Start by navigating to the desired folder on the tree view. Right click on it and click Request Access for other users.

Complete the form and click Submit.

• User(s): Select the user who will be accessing this folder
• Access Rights: Desired access rights for the above user(s)
• Access Period: Last day of access period (if any)
• Justification: Provide reason on why user need access to the folder.
